When someone visits www.meadowcreations.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Collected Information
Your personal information is collected our enquiry forms only, and it is processed under legitimate use, as it is you that is making the enquiry. Should you place an order with us, then the data is processed as contractual.
Users are required to give us the following information enabling us to contact you (your name, email address and phone number). This information is deleted from our records after 3 months. We will not give out any information you submit at our website to any third parties except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency or any other government agency in order to carry out our work in a professional manner.

Correspondence be it by email or paper and forming a contractual agreement between the customer and Meadow Creations will be retained in line with HMRC requirements for financial records for 7 years.
